To keep our Service department efficient:

When you schedule your service, we will discuss a convenient time for you to drop off your bike and it must be scheduled to drop it off. We do not take in motorcycles unless the parts are in and we are ready to work on it. This is a more efficient way and we don't want you to be without your motorcycle any longer than needed. Some shops take in your bike and most of the time it sits there for 2 weeks and doesn't get touched..this is not the case at DC Cycles.. we won't bring it in until we are ready to work on it.

If your Motorcycle requires costly parts and accessories, we may ask for a partial payment before ordering special parts.

All work is required to be paid in full before the bike goes home with you.

Most jobs will be quoted or estimated when you schedule your service or repair...These are ONLY estimates and may be a little more or less depending on the outcome. If the labor required less time..you will be charged less, as well as, if it takes more time, you may be charged a bit more. We do not round up on hours..If it is $61 per hour and it only takes 30 minutes, you will be charged only $30.50.

We guarantee our work for 60 days or 1,000 miles whichever comes first as well as the parts, (unless electrical) and as long as they have been bought at DC Custom Ccyles. If parts are bought elsewhere we are not responsible for their quality or fitment. If a job requires a certain part that has been purchased elsewhere and it does not fit your bike you will be responsible for the purchase of the correct parts through DC Cycles to finish the job.

STEP ONE:

1st STEP:

So you are interested in our Gargoyle Series Custom Choppers? Stop in and lets see what we can create together.

STEP TWO:

2nd STEP:

Once you decide to have us build your DC Custom, we will begin sketching plans and putting together a parts list.

At this time a 25% Down Payment of the initial estimate is needed to begin the process of ordering parts and accessories for your new DC Custom

STEP THREE:

3rd STEP:

Once payment has been made we will go over the sketches, any options or changes and create the parts list per any chnges etc.

Any changes made after this point will require additional fees and / or charges.

STEP FOUR:

4th STEP:

Once parts and accessories are ordered, are in our shop and the building begins, another partial payment is needed for us to continue the process.

STEP FIVE:

5th STEP:

As we continue to build your DC Custom you will be sent statements and updates on the progress every 2 to 3 weeks. You may also have the option of pictures on our website posted as for you to see the progress. No one will be permitted in the Building area as we are building. You may however make an appointment to see actual progress but you must call ahead of time as to assure admittance into the building and/or service area. Your custom May take up to 6 months to complete depending on fabrication, chroming and painting times. A completion time WILL be discussed and explained as per Custom Build.

All payments are due in full and payments made by check, debit or credit card must clear before the pick up day.
